The Bull of Iffley

£225.00 Sold Out

In a tiny village called Iffley, just outside Oxford, you can pick up the trail and take a walk along the river. Along your way, if you go off the beaten track (just a little) you'll find a bronze cast of a bulls head in the bank of the river. This marks the starting line of the Oxford University Boat Club.

Whenever I visit I always make a point of paying the Bull a visit, so I guess a linocut was always on the cards!

This is a reduction production, with 9 layers, resulting in a very limited edition of just 8
